How to Order
Ordering is easy and secure through our online shopping cart. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click the checkout button to place your order. Once your order is received, we will email you with a time frame estimate. Once the order is completed, we will email you that it has shipped.
Order Processing Information
Order processing time fluctuates with order volume. Most orders will be processed within 4 to 6 business days of order placement. We will let you know if the order will take longer than that to fill. This time frame applies to orders under $100. Orders over $100 may take longer. Once your order is received we will be able to provide a time frame based on the types of products ordered.

Free Shipping on orders over $51.00!
Our shipping method is Priority Mail (2 to 5 day delivery). All orders are wrapped in tissue and boxed to preserve your custom hair bows. Should you have any questions regarding shipping please feel free to contact us.
Priority mail: Orders from $0 and $50.00 are $5.75 (USA domestic only)
Priority mail: Orders $51.00.00 and higher are FREE (USA domestic only)

Return Policy
ALL products on our website are made-to-order (to your specifications). Due to the custom nature of our website, nothing is mass produced and therefore, not returnable. You will receive a custom product each and every time you order!
